No. You pay one flat monthly price for your plan, with no fee per cover or per booking. If you charge a guest’s card (a no-show fee or a payment in advance), ForStars keeps 1% of that charge and Stripe applies its own card fees.
You add a card when you sign up and nothing is charged for 28 days. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing. After it, your plan continues on a 12-month term, billed monthly or yearly.
Card details go straight to Stripe, the checkout most guests already know. With card-on-file nothing is charged when they book. You only charge the no-show fee if they don't turn up.
Yes. On Growth and Premium, guests save a card through Stripe when they book, and you can charge a no-show fee or take payment in advance.
Yes. Add your upcoming bookings on the kiosk while you set up, the same way your team takes a phone booking. New bookings then arrive through your booking button.
